SHIPPING

Due to the fragility and size of artworks, a delivery fee applies to this piece.  Any free or discount delivery offers do not apply to this order.  Store pick up is available free of charge.

As delivery costs can vary greatly depending on the item size, and your location, we prefer to offer tailored delivery quotes.  This is not calculated online and will be in addition to your purchase.

We work with a number of delivery services to ensure we give you the best possible option for cost, time and quality of service.

Occasionally due to size and weight we may be unable to deliver to some areas.  Please contact us for a quote before purchasing.  If your delivery you have paid at checkout is significantly different to the cost of delivery, we will be in touch to let you know.

MADE TO ORDER

If your wall art is made to order it will usually take between 4-6 weeks for completion and dispatch from your purchase date.  Made is Order is made and framed in Australia. 

Please choose carefully as this will be a special order.

Special Order Return Policy.  
If this is a special order product, it is not able to be returned for an exchange or refund due to change of mind, or if it does not suit your home.  We highly recommend taking extra care to check your measurements of both your home and the item you are ordering to avoid disappointment.

DISPATCH

Your print may be delivered directly from the framers themselves, or we will ship your piece from our Hobart store.

As soon as your package has been collected from us or the framer, you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress. 

If you would prefer to collect your item from our store, please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order.

MEASUREMENT ADVICE

We strongly recommend taking measurements to ensure that your new piece will not only fit into its intended new home, but can be manoeuvred easily into position taking into account the size of doorways, stairways, elevators etc.
