This delicious Chilli Jam is rich in flavour with enough heat to warm you up but enough that it doesn’t overpower. Perfect for anyone who wants and loves the kick of heat you will receive from a good chilli. Made locally by Hobart Whisky, they tell us it's inspired by Tasmania's natural beauty, pure water, pure air and great produce (we think it might be all about the taste, hearty good greediness and the whisky!).

Ingredients: red peppers (45%), sugar, tomatoes, vinegar, Hobart Whisky single malt whisky (3%), fresh chilli (3%), fish sauce, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt.
