These Whisky Preserved Apricots are one of our favourite Tasmanian-made products. We love them in so many ways, sweet or savoury. On a cheese platter, with roast lamb, simply with ice cream or in the yummiest apricot upside-down cake. You really do need these in your life!
Locally made by infusing apricots with award-winning Tasmanian single malt, Hobart Whisky.
A perfect match is made with the balance of sweet natural sugars and our own Tasmanian whisky.
Ingredients: Dried apricots, water, sugar, Hobart Whisky Single Malt Whisky, Lemon juice, Honey, Ginger, Mustard seeds, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Vanilla Essence.
